Job Title: Bilingual Manual / Functional Tester

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6 - 9 Years

Mandatory: Japanese Language Certification

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Bilingual Manual/Functional Tester with strong Japanese language proficiency to join our Hyderabad team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios, preparing testing artifacts, and mentoring the team. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, especially in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities: - Design test scenarios and test cases based on project requirements. - Execute manual testing and document results accurately. - Read and understand Japanese documents, translating requirements into actionable testing artifacts. - Assist and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and clarifying doubts. - Engage with clients in discussions and maintain open lines of communication. - Ensure quality standards are met and help in resolving issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications: - 69 years of experience in manual/functional testing, preferably in the insurance domain. - Japanese language certification (mandatory). - Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts and methodologies. - Ability to read and understand Japanese documents and prepare test artifacts. - Experience in designing test scenarios, test cases, and reporting defects. - Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members. - Ability to mentor junior team members and provide guidance.

Nice to Have: - Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center). - Prior experience in bilingual testing projects.
