Job Title: Software Sales Executive / Insides Sales/ Sales Manager (US Market)

Location: Noida/Gurgoan

Shift: US Shift

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2–10 years of experience in software/SaaS sales (US region preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving/ exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Good understanding of software products, SaaS models, and technology fundamentals.
  • Ability to work US shift timings.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in the US market.
  • Conduct cold calls, outbound outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Present and demonstrate software products to potential clients via virtual meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into product solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → product demo → negotiation → closure.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams for solution proposals.
  • Maintain CRM discipline with regular updates and follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
