Job Title: Software Sales Executive / Insides Sales/ Sales Manager (US Market)
Location: Noida/Gurgoan
Shift: US Shift
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–10 years of experience in software/SaaS sales (US region preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving/ exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Good understanding of software products, SaaS models, and technology fundamentals.
- Ability to work US shift timings.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in the US market.
- Conduct cold calls, outbound outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Present and demonstrate software products to potential clients via virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into product solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → product demo → negotiation → closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams for solution proposals.
- Maintain CRM discipline with regular updates and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
