Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and building long-term client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • Prior experience in IT solutions or related industries is an advantage
