Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at RupeeQ, based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for daily sales activities, including generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Executive will also be involved in conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. The role requires active participation in customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and working under pressure
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Experience in the finance or banking sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
