Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying leads, building and maintaining client relationships, generating revenue, and meeting sales targets. The role involves building a solid understanding of the company's real estate offerings and providing clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, the Sales Executive will participate in strategic sales initiatives and collaborate with teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful deal closures.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and lead generation
  • Proficiency in negotiation, sales strategies, and closing techniques
  • A proactive approach with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate market and trends is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in sales or real estate is a plus but not mandatory
