Job Overview

As a key member of the 100+ strong Global Business Shared Services team, candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable function. This role involves leading a team to ensure seamless delivery of SLAs and KPIs, while actively supporting the adoption of new tools and driving process improvements and transformation initiatives

Reporting Statute :

Will report to Vice President

Team size of 5 to 6 people

Qualification

Accounting Graduate/Post Graduate with Professional Qualifications like CMA or MBA Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor payments, including payment processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Oversee accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for invoice processing, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to vendor payments and invoices.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-10 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
  • ICWA (CMA) certification preferred; MBA/PGDM in Finance also considered.
  • Strong knowledge of Invoice Processing, Taxation, TDS, and Vendor Payments.
  • Prior experience in SAP ECC to S/4 Hana migration would be an advantage
