Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Mumbai. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and coordinating teams, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Deputy Manager will also handle client interactions, manage budgets, and monitor project progress. They will provide regular reports to senior management and work towards achieving the company's goals.

  • Budget Management and Project Monitoring skills
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Relevant experience in a managerial role within the industry
