Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy at Grasim Industries Ltd - (ABG Cement Business), located in Mumbai. The Deputy will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all projects and tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, developing strategies for operational improvement, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Deputy will also be involved in budget management, performance monitoring, and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Operational Management, Staff Management, and Project Management skills
- Strategic Planning and Budget Management skills
- Experience with Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Experience in the cement or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
