Position : Deputy Manager – Key Accounts

Experience in Sales : 5-6 yrs

Location : Mumbai

Skills : Key Account & Client Service Management

Nature of Job : Full time.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new multi-location accounts and convert them for revenue generation
  • Retain & extract recurring business by developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as sales for
    Key Accounts & Client Servicing
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • BE/BSc/Bachelor's degree. PG in business administration will be added advantage.
