Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Deputy Manager Marketing role located in Mumbai. The Deputy Manager Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Daily tasks include managing marketing campaigns, overseeing market research, analyzing market trends, collaborating with team members, and coordinating with other departments. The role also involves strengthening the company's brand presence, planning promotional activities, and ensuring successful execution of marketing plans.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Campaign Development to drive marketing initiatives
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Branding to enhance online presence
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Leadership skills to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders
  • Strong Analytical, Reporting, and Problem-Solving capabilities to measure campaign success
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to deadlines and business goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive or service industry is advantageous
