Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Person

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Person to join our team. The role includes handling inquiries, generating leads, converting clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach and follow up with potential clients.
  • Explain our services and plans clearly.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly targets.
  • Maintain daily client and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Work Schedule:

  • Working Days: Monday to Sunday
  • Weekly Off: 1 weekday
  • Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM

Compensation:

  • Training/Probation Period (2 months): ₹8,000/month (stipend) + performance-based incentives on every conversion.
  • After confirmation: ₹15,000/month + regular incentives.
