Job Summary: - We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team. This role involves managing office operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient communication and documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and adept at maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities & Duties: -
- Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Office Operations:
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, both physical and digital.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize and support internal meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for team members when required.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee and client information.
- Compile data for reports and presentations.
- General Support:
- Assist in creating and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualification & Skills
Education: Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills
