About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in employee management, office administration, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, schedule interviews, and onboard employees.
- Maintain employee records and joining formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave, and documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities.
- Greet and assist visitors/clients.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Fresh Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresher / Intern/ 0-1 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Exposure to both HR and administrative functions.
- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Opportunities to grow and take on more responsibilities.
