The Opportunity:We are looking for a highly motivated leader for Head HR & Admin position. The roles & responsibilities involve:To lead HR & Admin related activities for Minor Metal BusinessWork closely with Group HR and Runaya senior management on all front. Responsible for leading employee life cycle for own employees, compliance, governance, and audit.

Ensuring robust HR practices in Business Partner management and labour law compliances. Undertake employee training and development and make recommendations.Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews as per corporate guidelines. Ensure systems, policies, and procedures adherence as per HR Manual.

Grievance handling and felicitating transparent communication/CEO townhalls. Team building and engagement activities Location: ChanderiyaThe Successful Candidate:MHRM/MBA-HR with minimum 4-5 years of manufacturing experience as post qualification OR Any Graduation with 10 years of relevant experience as plant HR Expert in excel, MS word and power point presentations.
