Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our HVAC products and services, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver optimal customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, and end clients.
- Present and promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams for proposal preparation.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in HVAC.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in dealing with B2B and B2C HVAC customers.
- Existing network in the construction, MEP, or facility management sectors.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
