**Job Summary**
As a Sales Executive (Freshers), you will kick-start your career in the travel & tourism industry by engaging with prospective clients and promoting our wide range of travel services. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales deals, with a special focus on DMC and MICE segments. This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a competitive industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:
- Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects interested in our travel services.
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Present and promote our travel packages and services—including DMC, MICE, and corporate travel solutions—to prospective clients.
- Prepare persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure service excellence and explore opportunities for upselling.
- **Market Analysis & Reporting**:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the travel & tourism sector.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
- **Collaboration & Learning**:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Continuously update your knowledge about our services, including DMC and MICE offerings, to provide accurate and compelling information to clients.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Freshers are welcome; prior internship or project experience in sales or the travel industry is a plus.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for travel.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn about the intricacies of the travel industry, including DMC and MICE segments.
