Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role located in Surat. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Tasks include managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing any issues that arise, and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. Additionally, the Duty Manager will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with different departments, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Strong leadership and staff management skills

  • Ability to handle administrative tasks and multitask effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in hotel management or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
