We are seeking a Manager – Housekeeping & Security who is responsible for supervising and ensuring smooth functioning of all housekeeping and security operations within the premises. The role involves managing housekeeping staff and security personnel, maintaining cleanliness, safety, discipline, and overall upkeep of the premises.

Department: Administration

Location: Palsana, Surat

Salary: 35k to 40k Max

Reporting To: Admin Head / Director

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all areas (office, guest houses, factory, etc.)
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are met at all times.
  • Manage housekeeping staff schedules, attendance, and duty allocations.
  • Ensure proper usage and inventory control of housekeeping materials and cleaning equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance issues immediately.

Security Management:

  • Directly manage security operations and ensure round-the-clock safety of premises, employees, and assets.
  • Give instructions, supervise, and monitor security staff performance regularly.
  • Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and compliance.
  • Monitor CCTV, entry/exit registers, visitor management, and overall security systems.
  • Prepare incident reports, coordinate emergency drills, and address security breaches immediately.
  • Liaise with external security agencies if needed.

Administrative & Supervisory Duties:

  • Maintain records for housekeeping and security staff attendance, leaves, and performance.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on housekeeping and security operations.
  • Train and motivate staff for better efficiency and discipline.
  • Coordinate with management for resource planning, maintenance needs, and improvement suggestions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Hotel Management / Administration).
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in managing housekeeping and/or security operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple teams and maintain discipline and efficiency.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, materials, and safety standards.
  • Understanding of security systems (CCTV, access control, fire safety).
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting tools).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
