- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Support employee engagement activities, training, and development initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.
Administration
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and procurement of stationery/equipment.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
- Manage facility upkeep, office repairs, and vendor coordination.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event logistics.
- Maintain office records, contracts, and licenses.
- Support budgeting for administrative expenses.
