Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Navtara, located in Goa, India. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent service, managing staff hiring and training, and maintaining communication with suppliers. Additionally, the role involves monitoring food & beverage quality and inventory control to ensure consistent customer experiences. The Restaurant Manager will also implement and uphold health and safety regulations.

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Staff Hiring and Training
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
