**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dining and kitchen areas.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for service.
- Manage and organize dishwashing and kitchen equipment.
- Support kitchen staff in food preparation and handling.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, and garbage disposal.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with the entire restaurant team to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of sanitation regulations and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Food safety certification is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
