Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, highly experienced, and hospitality-driven Restaurant or General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold the brand's elite standards, and deliver a memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate is polished, hands-on, and capable of managing a high-volume, high-profile establishment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Ensure smooth service delivery aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, staffing schedules, and vendor relationships.

Team Management

  • Hire, train, mentor, and lead a team of 50+ staff, including chefs, service staff, and hosts.
  • Create a culture of excellence, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Lead daily briefings, performance reviews, and training programs.

Guest Experience

  • Maintain VIP-level guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Handle special guest requests, events, and high-profile clientele with discretion and grace.
  • Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively.

Brand & Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with the celebrity's management and PR teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with marketing and events teams to plan high-profile events, media nights, and influencer collaborations.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage budgets, P&Ls, and cost control strategies.
  • Ensure high profitability while maintaining service excellence.
  • Implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in premium or luxury settings.
  • Proven success managing high-end restaurants, bars, or clubs.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service protocols, and staff training.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of Goa's hospitality landscape and clientele is a plus.
  • Ability to handle celebrity presence and media attention professionally.
  • Hospitality or Hotel Management degree preferred.
