About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at our premium dining establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth day-to-day operations, and uphold the brands reputation for excellence in hospitality and cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations, including front of house and back of house.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Maintain brand standards of quality, service, hygiene, and presentation.
- Monitor P&L, budgets, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales, drive revenue, and manage inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, handling escalations with professionalism.
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing initiatives in alignment with brand goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop staff for long-term retention and growth.
Key Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in restaurant / hospitality management, preferably in fine dining or premium casual dining.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proven track record of managing P&L, budgets, and operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of guest experience management and service standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and problem-solve effectively.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences.
