Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR
Management
- Directing HR activities to meet business goals.
- Guide and mentor Unit HR team to enhance performance.
- Suggest strategies for smooth functioning of HRD across units
- Implementing HR Policies, Processes, Guidelines, Systems etc for the group.
- Initiating HR Best practices which are suitable for organization Creating a Culture of Performance, Accountability and Ownership. Tracking of HR Budget and optimizing Cost of Manpower

Talent Acquisition and Management
- Monitoring Human Resource requirement at unit and ensuring timely closure of positions.
- Assessment of suitability of candidates
- Drive Campus recruitment programs if required.
- Talent retention strategies.

HR Operations
- Discipline Management with transparent systems within unit.
- Intervene and resolve Unit level HR Issues.
- Grievance handling.
- NABH Compliances pertaining to HRD
- HR Audits of units and resolution of NCs Controlling overtime payments at the unit Controlling attrition in unit.

Training & Development
- Monitoring various Training Activities at units as per plan
- Giving strategic input to improve quality of training conducted

PMS & Payroll
- Processing and rolling out of annual PMS for all staff members Identifying and grooming potential candidates for higher responsibilities.
- Providing payroll supervision guidance

Legal & Compliances
- Compliance management under Labour Laws
- Ensure Maintenance of records and forms as per laws
- Liaisoning with Govt authorities/departments on need basis
- Drive Effective Employee Engagement and Connect Plans.
- Rolling out plans and strategies to engage various categories of staff.
