We are looking for an experienced HR Head to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes The HR Head will be responsible for developing HR strategies managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor regulations The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and excellent communication skills Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies Align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy of the pharmaceutical company focusing on areas like talent acquisition employee development and performance management Organizational development Contribute to organizational design workforce planning and succession planning ensuring the company has the right talent in the right roles Drive change management Lead and manage organizational changes ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication HR budgeting and cost management Oversee HR budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources Talent Acquisition and Management Recruitment and Selection Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent Performance Management Implement and manage performance appraisal systems providing feedback and development opportunities to employees Learning and Development Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities addressing both individual and organizational development needs Talent Development and Succession Planning Identify and nurture high-potential employees preparing them for future leadership roles Employee Relations and Engagement Foster a positive work environment Promote a culture of respect inclusivity and open communication Address employee concerns and grievances Handle employee relations issues fairly and effectively resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment Employee engagement initiatives Develop and implement programs to boost employee morale motivation and productivity Compliance and Risk Management Ensure legal compliance Stay updated on labor laws and regulations ensuring the company adheres to all relevant legal requirements Manage HR audits Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits related to HR practices and compliance Implement and monitor HR policies Develop and implement HR policies that align with best practices and legal requirements Manage risk related to HR functions Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with HR practices ensuring the company operates ethically and responsibly Other Responsibilities HR reporting and analytics Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends providing insights to senior management Compensation and benefits Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits packages HRIS Management Manage and maintain HR systems and databases Key Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and labor laws Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong leadership and management skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Experience with HR systems and databases Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field Master s degree preferred
