With multiple offices across India and international presence, Pinnacle is expanding its HR leadership at each location by appointing Deputy HR Heads who will strengthen local operations while aligning with central HR strategies. Role Overview The Deputy HR Head will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at their assigned location, ensuring smooth execution of people policies, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and organizational culture. This role acts as the bridge between location employees and corporate HR leadership, driving both operational excellence and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Strategy & Business Partnering - Support the Location Head in aligning people strategy with business needs. - Partner with functional leaders to ensure effective workforce planning and capability building. - Act as a change agent for implementing new HR programs and policies. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management - Oversee recruitment & on boarding at the location level, ensuring best-fit hires. - Collaborate with central TA team to meet hiring targets on time. - Drive succession planning and career development initiatives. 3. Employee Engagement & Culture - Build a strong employee connect program at the location. - Implement initiatives that enhance employee morale, motivation, and retention. - Drive diversity & inclusion practices in line with global culture. 4. Learning & Development - Work with central L&D to roll out training programs for skill development. - Identify local training needs and propose customized learning interventions. - Support leadership development and capability building at the location. 5. Performance Management - Ensure smooth execution of the performance appraisal cycle. - Guide managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and handling performance issues. - Drive a culture of meritocracy and accountability. 6. HR Operations & Compliance - Oversee payroll, attendance, and HRIS updates for the location. - Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements. - Liaise with external authorities during inspections or audits. 7. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling - Act as the first point of contact for employee issues and grievances. - Resolve conflicts in a fair and transparent manner. - Maintain positive industrial relations where applicable. 8. CSR & Local Initiatives - Drive location-specific CSR activities, employee welfare, and community engagement. - Represent Pinnacle Infotech as an employer of choice in the region. Candidate Profile - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred) or equivalent. - 1015 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. - Experience in multi-location or large-scale operations preferred. - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. - Excellent people management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. - Proficiency in HR systems (HROne, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
