We are looking for a skilled HR Head to lead our human resources team in Let's Funjoy Adventure Pvt Ltd, with 3-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Head or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
