Industry: Women’s Ethnic Wear Manufacturing & Export Team Strength: 800+ Employees We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete HR function for our rapidly growing manufacturing and export organization based in Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in factory HR, labor law compliance, recruitment, training & development, performance management, and handling large teams in the textile/garment or manufacturing sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead HR strategy, policy implementation & organizational development - Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory & office - Manage factory HR operations: shifts, attendance, grievance management - Oversee compliance: labor laws, audits (BSCI/SEDEX/ISO) - Improve employee engagement, culture & workplace discipline - Implement HRMS, payroll coordination, and data-driven HR processes - Drive performance management systems and supervisor development - Support expansion and manpower planning for growing units What are we looking for - 8–15 years of HR experience - Strong background in manufacturing / textile / apparel / garments - Experience managing 500–1500 employees - Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and factory HR - Leadership mindset + hands-on execution capability Why join us - Fast-growing organization with strong export presence - Opportunity to lead HR for a 800+ employee company - Great autonomy and growth path - Stable, long-term role in a reputed Surat-based company Interested candidates can send their CV to: 📧 sunil@skbretail.com If you know someone who fits this role, please tag or share this post
