Industry: Women’s Ethnic Wear Manufacturing & Export Team Strength: 800+ Employees We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete HR function for our rapidly growing manufacturing and export organization based in Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in factory HR, labor law compliance, recruitment, training & development, performance management, and handling large teams in the textile/garment or manufacturing sector.
