We are looking for enthusiastic Business Analyst Interns who are passionate about understanding business processes, analyzing data, and driving actionable insights. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business consulting, requirement analysis, documentation, and solution mapping for real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with senior business analysts and project managers to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Assist in preparing business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand project objectives and translate them into technical needs.
  • Create workflow diagrams, process documentation, and reports using analytical tools.
  • Support cross-functional teams including product, development, and operations to ensure project alignment.
  • Track key project deliverables and contribute to internal presentations and status reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of business process modeling, project lifecycle, and requirement gathering techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Lucidchart will be a plus.
  • Ability to think critically and present insights in a structured manner.
  • Basic understanding of IT/software systems is desirable but not mandatory.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Pursuing or Completed) in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
