About the role
:
- You need to collaborate with Clients, team members, and various other stakeholders to elicit, review the requirements and create or improve functional specifications.
- You should ensure that User Stories are prepared and updated during the whole development process to always reflect developments to be performed.
- You need to review Test Scenarios and Test Cases, providing input to the specification as required.
- You should work with the development team to explain the requirements.
- You will do market research and find out the various ways to solve the customer's problems via the software that we are developing.
Our Expectations:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry .
- You should be strong in developing and documenting the requirements.
- You should have good experience with building wireframes using tools like Balsamiq or Figma.
- You should have excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes. Should have experience in handling clients.
- You should be a happy/cheerful person full of positive energy. You should be a self-starter, proactive and diligent.
- MBA or similar degrees with relevant experience is preferred.
