About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with around 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and assist in delivering effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Assist in creating functional specifications and process flows.
  • Support in identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Participate in testing and validation of solutions to ensure requirements are met.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 1 year of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, requirement gathering, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or others is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to tools like JIRA, Trello, or Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage.
