We're Hiring: Telecaller at Carpento

Location: Bangalore (Onsite) or Remote (Work-from-Home)

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Carpento is transforming the carpentry and interior design market by offering organized, customer-centric solutions for home improvement needs. We are looking for experienced telecallers with a background in interior design or related fields to join our growing team

What You'll Do:

  • Engage & Qualify Leads: Call potential customers, explain Carpento's services, and assess their needs.
  • Client Relations: Build rapport and guide clients through our offerings, including custom carpentry, modular furniture, and home decor solutions.
  • Coordinate & Communicate: Set up WhatsApp groups for clients and the technical sales team, schedule site visits, and follow up regularly.
  • Report & Update: Log all activities in our CRM and update the Sales Head on progress.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in telecalling, especially in interior design, home improvement, or carpentry sectors.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English, Hindi and preferably regional language (Kannada).
  • Customer-Centric Approach with the ability to build trust and nurture relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and Excel.
  • Availability: Flexibility for both remote and onsite work options.
