Job Overview

We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our Admission Department.

Your main goal is to boost our admissions by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling admissions over the phone, email, in-person and so on.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the students & parents and maintain healthy relations with them. You are required to understand the customer's requirements and demands and close the admission deal efficiently. You are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.

As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities. Great report writing skills, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  1. Enrolling students for courses offered by the institution.

  2. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database

  3. Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement

  4. Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details

  5. Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the admission Department.

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of computers specifically MS Office required.

Salary – 18k to 20k per month.
