Role Description

NoBrokerHood is seeking a full-time Operations Telecaller for an on-site role in Bengaluru. The Operations Telecaller will handle customer inquiries, provide information about services, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining professional and friendly communication, managing escalations efficiently, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth workflows. The candidate will also actively gather feedback from community residents to help improve the platform and services, contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Should have Proficient Communication in English and Hindi
  • Ability to address complaints, provide resolutions, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic understanding of operations, problem-solving skills, and a focus on process improvement.
  • Comfort with on-site work at the Bengaluru location and a proactive attitude to meet operational goals.
  • Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or operations is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and regional languages relevant to the area will be an added advantage.
