Location: Hyderabad

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 2-5 years of experience in project management.

• Proven Experience of Interacting with clients

• Knowledge on SOWs and Purchase orders

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to align project activities with organizational objectives.

• Proficient in project portfolio management and risk management.

• Any Certification in Project Management (Agile/Scrum Master/PMP) will be a plus.

PMO Responsibilities:

  • Served as the sole PMO for the account, ensuring portfolio governance, auditing, and compliance across multiple projects.
  • Support Director with scheduling, resource planning, and financial forecasting/tracking.
  • Developed training materials and conducted knowledge-sharing sessions to standardize PMO practices.
  • Built automated Excel and Power BI dashboards, improving reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conducted periodic audits and status reviews to track performance metrics (schedule, cost, scope).
  • Managed resource allocation, resolved conflicts.

PM Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple IT infrastructure and Cloud projects using Predictive and Adaptive (Agile and Scrum) approaches.
  • Own project planning, execution, monitoring, ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, budget while adhering to quality standards
