Job Title: Project Management Lead Office of MD Location: Hyderabad Reports to: Managing Director (MD)
Role Overview Project Management Lead – Office of MD will act as a strategic enabler and execution partner to the MD This role blends the discipline of project management with the agility of executive support. The incumbent will ensure that the MD's priorities, reviews, and engagements are executed seamlessly, with strong emphasis on follow-through, structured communication, and preparation. The role requires working closely with both the MD's office and the CEO's office to ensure alignment of priorities, actions, and vision. The individual will play a pivotal part in harmonizing inputs from both leaders and translating them into clear, actionable outcomes for the organization. This position goes beyond a traditional executive assistant role, demanding business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage projects, reviews, and stakeholder interactions. Responsibilities Project & Review Management Plan, coordinate, and track MD's weekly and monthly business reviews across ongoing projects. Set up Google/Outlook invites, circulate pre-read templates, gather updates, and consolidate project dashboards (Excel/PowerPoint). Document minutes of meetings (MoM), track action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders. Support MD in project evaluation and execution oversight, ensuring alignment with company goals in solar power, optical fibre solutions, and data centres. Executive Support & Office Efficiency Serve as the MD's right hand in preparing for key client and stakeholder meetings. Conduct research (LinkedIn profiles, market scans, company briefs) to prepare pre-reads and talking points. Maintain a system for agenda planning, action tracking, and knowledge management for the MD's office.
Coordinate across Admin, HR, and Operations to ensure the MD's travel and meetings are purposeful, supported with the right documents and presentations. Strategic & Analytical Contribution Draft concise concept notes, executive summaries, and briefing documents for new opportunities, partnerships, or client meetings. Analyze weekly project data and provide insights to the MD on performance, bottlenecks, and decisions required. Assist in preparation of presentations, business reports, and strategy documents.
Stakeholder & Communication Management Act as the point of contact for MD's internal and external engagements. Ensure effective communication flow between MD and project teams, clients, and partners. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times in handling sensitive information.
Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.Tech preferred). MBA/Project Management certifications (PMP/Prince2) a plus.
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in project management, PMO, or executive support roles in infrastructure, technology, or consulting-driven environments. Technical Proficiency: Productivity & Documentation: Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar). Project Management Tools: Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, , or equivalent. Data & Analysis: Strong use of Excel (pivot tables, dashboards) and Google Sheets; familiarity with basic data visualization (Power BI / Tableau) is an added plus. Collaboration & Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet. Document & Knowledge Management: SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence (or similar).
Presentation & Reporting: Ability to create executive-level decks in PowerPoint/Google Slides and structured reports in Word/Docs. Core Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to quickly draft professional documents (MoM, reports, presentations). Research and analytical capabilities to support decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in managing confidential information.
