Role
Own end-to-end
inbound lead → booking → show-up → revenue
for ScanX/BloodX. Build a high-velocity, high-quality conversion machine with stellar user experience.
What you'll own
Lead Ops & Speed-to-Lead
- SLA: first call ≤
10–15 min
; WhatsApp + dialer cadences; overflow routing.
- Lead scoring & prioritization (source, stage, intent, city).
Funnel Management
- Scripted discovery, objection handling (price, claustrophobia, "why not routine checkups", radiation, contrast).
- Close on call with payment links, deposits, and slot booking; reschedule rescue.
Team Leadership (20+ reps)
- Hiring, nesting, daily huddles, floor coaching, calibration; TL stack (3–4 TLs).
- QA of calls/chats; compliance with medical claims.
Show-Rate & No-Show Reduction
- Reminder playbooks (prep, fasting, anxiety mgmt)
Process & Systems
- CRM hygiene (stages, reasons lost), pipeline views, shift rosters, occupancy, capacity sync with Ops.
- Playbooks, talk tracks, discount guardrails, refunds/escalations SOP.
