Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and preparing reports on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Sales strategy development and implementation skills
- Team management and leadership skills
- Market research and sales opportunity identification skills
- Customer relationship management and communication skills
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in Edutech or similar industries is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
