Full-Stack Developer: In-House Product Build

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Full-Stack Developer to join our core product team and work directly with the CEO on a multi-phase, 3-year build of an integrated talent and operations platform. This is a high-ownership role where you will lead development from concept to scale.

Phase 1 Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Build a custom ATS that uses AI to parse CVs and automatically create structured candidate profiles.
  • Develop an omnichannel communication platform (email + WhatsApp) similar to Kommo, enabling automated booking links, reminders, and candidate engagement.
  • Integrate AI chatbots and automation workflows to streamline candidate communication and reduce manual HR workload.
  • Design a funnel view for candidate progress from first contact interview offer onboarding.

Phase 2 – HR & Employee Management

  • Extend the ATS into a full employee onboarding and HR management module, covering documentation, attendance, performance, and internal communication.

Phase 3 – Learning & Sales Modules

  • Build an integrated LMS for employee training and upskilling (comparable to TalentLMS).
  • Develop a sales CRM to manage customer acquisition pipelines with performance tracking and communication automation.

Key Requirements

  • Strong skills in / Python, React / Vue, and PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI / Claude / Llama APIs or other AI/NLP tools for parsing and automation.
  • Experience integrating WhatsApp Business API, SMTP/email APIs, or CRMs (Kommo, Wati, Twilio, Interakt, etc.).
  • Understanding of scalable architecture, workflow automation, and API integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and communication ability.
