Job Overview:

Reddy and Reddy Matrimony is looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Service Team. The role involves providing continuous support to registered members, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage post-sale customer interactions, including profile activation, updates, and service assistance.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales Team with feedback on client experiences and service improvements.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Age: 25 to 35 years
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer support or service-oriented role
  • Marital Status:
  • Females: Must be married

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in Telugu and English (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a polite, calm, and professional demeanor under pressure.
