Job Description – Loan Servicing Manager

Position Overview:

The Loan Servicing Manager (LSM) will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the entire loan servicing process from customers onboarding through disbursement. The LSM will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of home loan cases from Builder to CreditSutra's credit team, coordinating necessary documentation, supporting credit and sales teams, and maintaining transparent communication across all stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in home loan servicing, credit operations, or a similar role within financial services.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an ability to work under strict timelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Transition Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Builder's CRM team and CreditSutra's credit team, facilitating the seamless transfer of home loan cases for timely and efficient disbursement.

Documentation & Assessment:

  • Gather and assess initial requirements for each case, collect primary documents from clients, and collaborate with CreditSutra's operations team to ensure completion and accuracy in documentation.
  • Partner with the credit team to meet agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) for disbursals.

Credit Team Coordination:

  • Ensure timely lender site visits by coordinating with the CreditSutra's credit team, prioritizing cases to meet deadlines and expedite disbursements as required.

Sales Team Support & Training:

  • Update the sales team on special loan offers facilitated by CreditSutra and organize regular training sessions to ensure accurate and effective customer communication.

Builder Payout Dashboard Management:

  • Manage and maintain the builder payout dashboard, ensuring daily updates are shared with all stakeholders via email to provide clear visibility on progress.
