We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a leading Ed-Tech company. The ideal candidate will act as the Founder's right-hand, ensuring smooth management of daily operations, schedules, and high-priority tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Assist in project management and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support in personal errands and tasks, as required.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems, documentation, and office records.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience as an EA or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
  • Male or Female candidates eligible.
  • Must be locally available in Gurgaon.
