Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive professional to support the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in strengthening quality benchmarks across the University. The Manager will work under the guidance of the Dean (IQAC) to ensure smooth execution of quality assurance initiatives, documentation, and accreditation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Dean (IQAC) in implementing quality assurance policies and practices.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of AQAR, SSR, and other accreditation-related reports (NAAC/NBA/NIRF/UGC).
  • Maintain records, documentation, and data repositories for audits and compliance.
  • Support internal quality audits, feedback collection, and institutional ranking exercises.
  • Liaise with academic and administrative departments for timely data collection and process updates.
  • Organize workshops, meetings, and training sessions for faculty and staff on quality parameters.
  • Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and dashboards for review by senior leadership.
  • Ensure continuous follow-up on action plans derived from IQAC and accreditation reviews.
