About the Role:

The Deputy Manager – Mortgages (Home Loans) at Noida will be responsible for leading a team to achieve home loan sales targets, managing employee performance, and ensuring efficient coverage of assigned geography. The role focuses on source management, team motivation, process adherence, and coordination with internal credit teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate and manage team geography; monitor progress and report to superiors
  • Manage relationships with all sources and partners in the assigned area
  • Conduct daily joint calls, including source visits and sales calls
  • Identify, recruit, and empanel new channel partners
  • Conduct daily team huddles and monitor sales processes, LMS, and daily activity diaries
  • Coordinate with the credit team (HSPL Hub) to update the team on loan application status

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in Home Loan Product sales with at least 2 years in team-handling
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of mortgage/home loan products and market trends
  • Graduate / Postgraduate
