Solutions Executive

We are looking for a Solutions executive to assist in Pre-sales efforts for the sales and account management teams towards acquiring new customers and growing revenue from existing customers, respectively.

A strong understanding of the sales process is essential. The ability to connect the dots and take a creative leap of faith is important. Should have the drive and the passion to explore new things.

Responsibilities

 Work closely with the Practice Teams to create solutions, statements of work, and proposals.

 Participate in discovery workshops along with the team lead and practice teams to determine opportunities and define the scope of work.

 Perform extensive research on prospects and clients, derive and apply intelligence to the pitches to help maximize the chances of winning the deal.

 Demonstrate diligence towards standardizing solution artifacts for reuse.

 Work closely with the delivery organization and build and maintain a repository of capabilities, credentials, and case studies that can be used to boost the chances of winning the pitches.

NOTE:
This is not a Business Development or lead generation role. Inside sales activity is out of scope. This role requires you to demonstrate the ability to connect dots and arrive at concrete and compelling solutions.

Requirements and skills

 MBA in Marketing Domain.

 Ability to do customer-centric thinking.

 Ability to conceptualize new solutions by staying abreast of developments in the digital space.

 Good documentation skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
