Pre-Sales Associate
, you will be the first point of contact for our leads, helping them understand our science-backed approach to weight loss and guiding them toward a personalized care journey. This is a
high-impact, fast-paced
role where communication, empathy, and structure meet growth and performance.
What You'll Do
- Handle leads from multiple sources (ads, referrals, partnerships).
- Conduct introductory calls to understand client goals, health history, and expectations.
- Clearly communicate Early Fit's offerings such as doctor-supervised GLP-1 programs, nutrition, and fitness support.
- Evaluate and qualify leads into medical and non-medical programs.
- Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, and sales consultants to schedule consultations.
- Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM, ensuring all follow-ups and next steps are tracked.
- Share insights with the marketing and product teams to improve conversion funnels.
Who you are?
- Excellent communication and listening skills; you enjoy connecting with people.
- Confident in phone and WhatsApp communication.
- Strong sense of empathy, patience, and professionalism when talking to clients.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or customer service preferred.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of any South Indian language is a plus).
