Job Summary:

We are looking for a female IT Pre-Sales Engineer with strong technical and documentation skills to support our sales and project teams in New Delhi. The candidate should have hands-on experience in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation, AutoCAD drawings, and solution documentation for ELV / IT / AV / networking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and system designs.
  • Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings (layouts, schematics, and connectivity diagrams) for IT/AV/ELV solutions.
  • Create detailed project costing, quotations, and technical submittals.
  • Support the sales team in RFP/RFQ analysis and ensure compliance with tender specifications.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for technical clarifications and solution validation.
  • Assist in client presentations, demonstrations, and site visits when required.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for all pre-sales activities and ensure smooth handover to project teams post-order.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT infrastructure, AV, and ELV technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or IT.
  • Experience: 1–4 years in pre-sales, estimation, or design for IT/ELV/AV systems.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D layouts and schematics).
  • Strong experience in BOQ preparation and estimation.
  • Working knowledge of networking, CCTV, access control, audio-visual, and other ELV systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused approach.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in preparing IT/AV/ELV tender documents.
  • Familiarity with brands such as Cisco, Crestron, Bosch, Hikvision, Poly, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
