technically strong Pre-Sales professional
with hands-on experience in
IT Infrastructure
to support our sales team in designing
cost-effective, scalable, and future-ready solutions
.
Data-Center Product
- Server, Storage , Backup , HCI , VDI etc
Networking :
Active and Passive Networking , Switching, Routing , AP Wireless , IoT
Cyber Security :
UTM , Firewall, EndPoint , XDR, EDR, VAPT ,etc
Audio-Video-
EPABX, Video conferencing, CCTV, Boardroom , Conference Room Solution
Software and Power Solution , IT consultancy , IT solution Design
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored IT solutions
• Support sales with technical presentations, solutioning & proposals
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, inside sales & post-sales teams
• Assist in deal management, RFP/RFQ responses & CRM updates
• Enable sales teams through product & solution training
This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Pre-Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication, understand client requirement, stich tailor made solution that fits customer budget and timeline without compromising their objective , customer service, activities, training, and deal management to drive business growth and maintain client relationships for Sales team. .
Skills & Experience:
• Strong communication & customer handling skills
• Experience in IT Pre-Sales / Technical Post-Sales
• Knowledge of Networking, Security, Servers, Storage, Cloud, etc.
• CRM knowledge and strong negotiation skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Business or related field
