Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated MBA fresher to join our team as a CCTV Channel Sales Executive. This is a field sales role focused on developing and managing CCTV product sales through a network of distributors, dealers, and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners including dealers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Promote and demonstrate CCTV products, pricing structures, and promotional schemes.
- Regularly visit the field to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close channel sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable CCTV solutions.
- Track competitor activities and report market intelligence to the sales team.
- Coordinate with the internal logistics and support teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Prepare daily sales reports, visit logs, and performance updates
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing or Sales ( channel sales experience will be considered as added advantage)
- Strong interest in sales, and business development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory
- A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for this role, as regular field visits and partner interactions are required.
- Male candidate preferred
