Khadim's Footwear Store hiring Sales Executive for multiple branches in Chennai (Saligramam, Tambaram, Adambakkam, Royapuram, Triplicane).Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on interview & experience).Qualification: Minimum 10th pass.Position Type: Full-time, immediate joining.Candidates with sales experience in footwear/retail will be preferred.Key Responsibilities: Customer Service and Sales: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting footwear based on their needs, preferences, and style. Demonstrate product knowledge, features, and benefits to enhance customer understanding and encourage purchases. Understand customer requirements, provide solutions, and upsell or cross-sell complementary products. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain ongoing communication with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the store management. Contribute to the overall revenue growth and profitability of the store. Track individual performance metrics and strive to improve conversion rates and average transaction values. Product Knowledge and Merchandising: Stay updated on the latest footwear trends, collections, and promotions. Assist in arranging displays, ensuring proper product placement, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment, labeling, and organization. Ensure products are displayed neatly, attractively, and according to brand guidelines. Operational Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, orderliness, and overall presentation. Handle cash register operations, billing, and processing transactions accurately. Keep track of stock levels, report shortages, and support inventory audits. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines. Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with fellow sales executives and store staff to achieve collective sales targets. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and briefings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Share customer feedback and market insights with management to improve store performance and offerings. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with regular customers to ensure loyalty and repeat visits. Maintain a database of customer contacts for follow-up and promotional campaigns. Ensure high standards of service to create memorable shopping experiences that encourage referrals. Training and Skill Development: Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Implement feedback from supervisors and senior staff to enhance performance and efficiency. Compliance and Professionalism: Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and safety guidelines. Handle all customer and company information confidentially and professionally. Maintain a professional appearance, conduct, and behavior in line with the brand's standards. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets consistently. Good knowledge of footwear types, trends, brands, and sizes. Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues. Attention to detail in handling inventory, merchandising, and transactions.
